"Despite an initial estimate of 1.5 days to do all three systems, Andy and another guy were able to breeze through everything in about seven hours, all in one day. Apparently, the flexible ductwork in our 2005-built home allows them to navigate the brush/vacuum thing much faster than through hard metal ducts. They got a large bag full of dust out of all of the ducts, plus a baby bottle from the previous owners and a small plastic ball that we thought we'd lost. Amazing. Jonathan Stone & his crew came to the job site for one week. Each day Jonathan or one of his crew members would tell me what they were doing that day. When the day ended one of his crew members would come tell me that they were leaving and that they would be back the next day and they always arrived at the time that was stated. I had some concerns, and the GM manager came to my house and assisted with the issues. Also, when the job was completed, Jonathan went over all the pictures that he took of the complete job. All I can say is that this company better keep the employees that has assisted me with my job. We are so satisfied with the complete work."
