"Was on time for appointment - replaced all filters and another part and system has been working fine ever since."

"Grant came early, was very courteous, friendly and professional. He explained the process and gave me options of what could be done, and installed 3 fixtures within an hour. Very satisfied with his work, and will use Randy's Electric services in the future!"

"Dave is extremely professional and prompt. He was kind and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He was very kind and fit us into his schedule. We will always use this company!"

"Tony was the only one to promptly return my call when a pipe had sprung a leak one evening. Tony returned my call that same evening and gave me a quote as to cost and said he would try to come by the end of week. Came when he said he would. Very reliable and efficient and most importantly honest. Been hard to find someone who could recommend a trustworthy plumber. He gave me a fair price and stuck with it. The other company who returned my call the next day could not come until the next week and quoted me a price twice as much. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it. A good honest dependable plumber. What more could you ask for? Will be hiring Tony again-he s ggrrreat!!!"

"Quick fix for an easy access dripping valve"

"We had an issue with our water conditioning system for Aquarius. They attempted to remedy the problem and determined they needed to replace the system. With the system being over 5 years old, I was uncertain what it would cost me, however, the only thing better than the equipment they provide is their customer service. No cost to replace with a better system. Now that is service!"

"Explained what he was doing and why. Cleared the drain and showed images from video of drain pipe from our bathroom to the city’s sewer pipe. Friendly and courteous."

"Needed a leaking water heater replaced. Todd was great at providing a quote for the job, and working me into his schedule for the next day. Punctual and efficient...and within an hour or so I had a new water heater with hot water! Would highly recommend for a job well done."

"I have had the pleasure of working with First Class Plumbing on several bathroom remodels.
