"I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They swapped out our broken old water heater for a high-quality tankless model (worth around $3k) and didn’t even ask for half down upfront. They also relocated my current water softener to its proper spot (the last company had installed it wrong), set up my Aquasana filtration system with UV light and installed new valves under my sinks. They handled everything from start to finish: purchasing all the materials themselves (including the water heater, pex pipe, fittings, wood, screws, and more), completing the install of the new one, they even hauled away the old one and made sure everything was working perfectly before even mentioning payment. "Joey from SameDay came out within 1 hour and did what he could to get it working again, but it will not last long. I asked if he could give me an estimate on a new furnace and he had Larry here within 15 minutes to give me a variety of options. They were very thorough - checked the airflow and looked at the ducts. Of the 2 furnaces that it came down to, he recommended the cheaper one - said it would work great for my space. I don't hear that very often!! They will be installing tomorrow and I will do another review."
