Because we had used him before and wanted him to be the one who did the replacement, Mike rearranged his schedule so that he could come out on Tuesday morning to remove the old water heater and install a new one. He arrived on time on Tuesday, removed the old water heater, mopped up water that was still standing in the laundry room (on his hands and knees with a sponge), changed the turnoff valve so that it faced forward, and installed a new 55 gallon water heater. The entire time he was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with."
