"Excellent Experience....I discovered I did not have hot water due to heater leakage on a Saturday at 8:00 AM. By 4:00 the same afternoon I had a new hot water installed. Jim Wilkinson was professional, shoes off, covered all carpeting, removed all old material from the job site. I can't comment on price because when you need a new water heater, you need one. Who has time to do a cost comparison to save a few dollars and maybe that guy can't get there for 2 days. Again, this company is a solid 5."
