From the beginning Mike was very professional and did everything that he said he would do when he said he would do it. Mike came out to my home for an estimate the first day I called. I told him of the other quotes I had received and he offered a very competitive price. The quote was for 3-tab asphalt shingles, due to the fact that I was trying to get the job done for the least amount of money, without compromising my home. He offered to due lifetime architectural shingles for an extra $100. I signed the contract on that deal because I realized how good a deal it was for the total price being charged. When the workers showed up they arrived before 7:00 am and were done around 5:00 pm.  They were fast, focused and personal. They cleaned up well, spared the flowers and shrubs, picked up all the nails and cleaned up as if they were never there. I was really pleased to have such a great job done at such a  low price. Everyone I talk , who knows about roofing cost, said I got a great deal.

It was very impressive how cautious they were in protecting the areas around our home where the shingles were tossed when removed... I still can't believe that we didn't find any scraps in the yard at all! They were so proficient at cleaning absolutely everything before leaving each evening! If you hadn't looked up at our roof to see that it was being replaced - you'd never know it was happening from anywhere else on our property! They were incredibly hard-working! "This company is very easy to work with. Our first interaction was with Tyler, the consultant, who brought samples to our meeting. He described the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was knowledgeable about best practices about roof installation, ventilation, and energy efficiency. He submitted 3 proposals for different options within a week. After our selection and down payment, Edgar, the project manager contacted us and told us when the project would start. The install crew deserve a special shout-out - these guys installed our metal roof on the hottest week in July. They were diligent and showed up early to the job site.
