Apparently, he did not know how to use the phone and neither did anyone else at Enloe! I made 4 separate phone calls that day: to the non existent “customer service”’ to the general manager and others, voicing my disappointment! No one would return my call, nor would anyone address this totally unacceptable behavior! They is not a professionally run company , nor is it customer focused! I would never use them again!
