From the first phone call, he was professional, polite, and helpful, walking me through every step that may need to be taken and taught me so much that I didnâ t know about our pool and the whole heating system- it is clear he is extremely knowledgeable on pools. He was open, honest, and upfront about costs as well, which is very important to us. Our previous pool heater was very old so he (and the plumber he brought) ran into some unforeseeable issues that ultimately extended the time it took to get the new heater installed and did add some extra material costs, but overall the cost was reasonable given how much extra labor time it took. "Since moving into our new home we have experienced so much financial hardship due to poor maintenance from old owners. Extensive plumbing required after basement flooding and remodeling of entire basement. Pool didn't even have a liner in it even though previous owners claimed there was a new one and it was well maintained. The inspectors for the pool said it had probably sat uncared for at least 15 years. Pump was totally shot and inside pool was all corroded. We plan to use this company as soon as we can get the funds together. We have raised 9 grandchildren for the past 11 years due to the death of their parents and we still have 5 living with us.
