"Unexpected weekend emergency with my 1 and a 1/2 year old garage door cables. New home construction. 1 cable became slack & came off track. The door was cockeyed & non functioning. I called the original installers who mentioned my 1 year warranty was expired. Their emergency service charge & 2 hour minimum seemed a bit much for me. "We hired A1 for problems with the garage closing completely. I knew there might be some age related problems with a 16 yr old garage. The tech saw that the coil was broken which is a major safety problem. Replaced it along with some other suggested parts. It cost me more than I wanted but I rather that than some getting seriously hurt. We were satisfied and will hire them to finish updating the rest of the unit."
