"A bit of confusion about scheduling. Text did not go through so our house was not put on schedule. Took off work at noon, but they did fit us in at 3:30. It was stated the tile did not need to be cleaned prior to sealing. In master bath right in the middle of the floor, there is drywall material that got sealed over. So an area of the grout is white, grout color is brown. Owner came out and took care of sealing. Very nice and cleaned up after. I was pleased with job until I saw master bath. Would of been an excellent rating if he would of take the time to clean the grout before he sealed it."

"I first used Bear Carpet for cleaning my expensive oriental wool large area rug. They picked up the rug and brought it back a few days later, looking almost like brand new. I had given up on carpet cleaning companies for my house because none of them cleaned the carpets better than I could do it myself with a rented cleaner. But after the rug cam back looking so good I gave them a try on my carpets and I was completely happy with the job they did. Very professional and friendly.
