Signed the contract on Thursday.  Cashed deposit check on Friday.  Promised to begin work on Sunday.
Didn't show up, didn't call.  We tried to reach him Tuesday and Wednesday. Never returned our calls.  His message box was full Thursday.  He called Friday morning full of apologies and did the work that day.
No complaints once he got here.  Did the work and cleaned up the site.

"The only down side of this contractor was communication. He promised two different dates to show up and postponed both. This repair was after a small tornado in the area so I'm sure he was extra busy. He did use 7 nails per shingle and not 4. Much better that Tops roofing!"
