We worked very closely with Jay and his crew and they did a phenomenal job with the rebuild. "It's a difficult area to control rainwater because of the size of the parking area.  They installed rip rap, edging and a drain to control the flow of water down a slope at the side of the garden.  This is an effective drain. In very heavy rain, there is still alot of water pouring through the drain, but Eathwood has relliably continued to monitor the area, and make improvements as needed.
