"Walt, Max, and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. This was a HUGE project. We basically had no foundation on the back/ side of our house and the 2nd floor overhang was poorly supported. Prior to us purchasing the house the previous owner added a very large addition on top of a very old and poorly constructed “house” . The inspection at purchase did not uncover the issues that we found about two years after when all of the cosmetic touch ups wore off. Walt’s crew ( Supervised by Max) replaced the foundation wall , added piers under the house, replaced all of the floor joists along with new piers, beams, and headers on the 40ft span at the back of the house. This is just some of the larger items because I would be here forever if I listed everything they had to do. Walt kept us informed during the whole project. From start to finish we were on the same page. The house had so many hidden issues but the crew worked through all of it. The price was very reasonable and less then all of the other estimates from competitors. We didn’t have a bunch of surprise increases along the way. He didn’t try to scare us or sell us anything we didn’t need. They are honest and reliable. The results were amazing and so far beyond our expectations !!! They are all so talented.
