It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. Thank you again. We will defiantly be calling you back when we have a tankless water heater put in!!!"

All went well.  Chad was in and out in about an hour.   He looked at repair of shower control, brass ring was frozen and the control will have to be replace at a later time.

They called me to let me know they were on the way, they were here within 10 minutes of the call. They brought special shoes just in case, which weren't needed as I have linoleum floors. I showed them the problem, they went to fixing with no questions asked, they were done in a very short amount of time. The price was nothing to complain about for the services that they performed, the quality of work, the punctuality, the professionalism, and the customer service provided. "My wife and I attended a presentation by James Manfield, the owner of GreenForce.  We were impressed with company product and Jame's punctuality, professionalism and honesty.  We decided to hire his company to add insulation to attic of my in-laws house.  The installers came on time and over 9 hours managed to complete 95% of the job.  The installers were polite, professional and clean.  The subsequent installers came next day and completed the job.  We are very pleased with James and the service provided by his company. Did not hear from them until 8:20 AM and they said they would be late due to working on another job,
Arrived at 9:25 AM
Did not have the part and had to go get one. A flusher valve.
Finished job at 10:30 AM.
Instead of draining the water left in the tank after turning the water off and flushing it, they let it run out on my hardwood floor. They did suck most of it up with a sweatshirt.
Not very professional and will not sue again
