Jackson put an egress window in our basement which because of the thickness of our basement walls, the hardness of the ground around our house, and a rain delay did not prove to be an easy task.  They were very professional and paid especially close attention to every detail, even catching a slight flaw in the original window they brought, which they then retrieved a new one to ensure that the quality of the window was not sacrificed.  They did an excellent job and we would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

I hired mid-state basement systems to do crawl space support and repair on my load bearing wall in my basement. MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic.
