The one time we were unhappy with a counter, Vic redid the work at no additional charge to us. The subcontractors that he uses as part of his team are all top-notch. In addition, after the work is done, he is always available to help on a timely basis with whatever questions or follow up we have needed, even if it's not directly related to the work they did."
