"Great experience from the estimate to the installation. Very professional and friendly technicians."

"Cascadia Comfort installed our new heat-pump system, and the experience was excellent. They took the time to explain the equipment and installation process, communicated clearly throughout the job, and completed the work professionally. The installation looks clean, the system is working well, and they made sure we understood how to operate it. We would gladly use Cascadia Comfort again."

"I needed to have my gas furnace checked out and a gas fireplace inspected. Todd was very helpful, got the furnace up to snuff and let me now what I needed to get the fireplace operating correctly. He offered to research the parts and within a few days gave me a price and how long it would take to do the job."

"The owner and the installer were polite, efficient, and considerate."

"Didn't realize that Smart Electric did HVAC as well, until I got a recommendation. Their quote was the best I'd received, they performed the install within a week of giving us the quote, the Installer/Estimator was knowledgable and helpful, and the installation was performed by an excellent group. I can't imagine we could be happier about our Heat Pump installation!"

"Ken went above and beyond on making sure that our install went flawlessly. He navigated through PSE issuers that could have become serious with our gas being shot off from PSE. Best customer service feasible!!!!"

"Mark and his guys helped us install a new AC last summer. They arrived on time and did a great job! So when I was looking for someone to do the maintenance of our furnace, I called them. Todd went above and beyond my expectations. He finished the job and even helped fix my hinge. Both Mark and Todd strike me as very genuine people. And I would definitely hire them again!"

"We have been customers of Bassett Heating for many years and always have been so impressed with their service. This is a family owned and operated business and you feel that personal touch. Whenever we have had a furnace issue over the years, John swings by our home quickly to make sure we are not left in the cold. John & his son installed a new furnace for us a few years ago and continued their tradition of great service. We schedule annual maintenance with them for our furnace to keep it in top working condition. When we decided to upgrade and add central air conditioning last year, it was an easy choice to go with Bassett Home Heating. John came by in February 2022, gave us an estimate for both installation timing & price, then returned with the install just in time for the summer heat in 2022. I highly recommend this company!"

"Removed old gas furnace. Installed heat pump and air handler. Demo, Install and Electrical all worked well together. Friendly workers."
