I held off from calling just to see what it would do, and the tub had had a small leak for a while (which was part of what caused the problem in the first place, along with years of chemical cleaners), and when I finally called about it, so much time had passed, if they had told me too bad, I probably would have said fair enough. I mean, we're talking 7 months. They came right out and redid it and its gorgeous. It is possible because of the roughness of the tub originally it needed extra thick glaze, I don't know, but these guys are tops in my book. I HIGHLY recommend them.
