"They charged me almost $500 for a job that took them less than 30 minutes. They're explanation of the job was not detailed when I made my initial phone call and they charge $75 to drive there $150 to tell you what is wrong and $250 to do the job. There is no hourly rate, but they say they have one. They don't tell you that each job has its own price."
