He was also very easy to work with and responded promptly to e-mail and text. Rodney came to perform the actual installation, and he was right on time to get the job done and answered several of my "technical" questions that morning regarding the door and opener. I would certainly recommend Greg's to anyone that is looking for a new garage door or opener or just needs service done to an existing door."

The person that answered my call treated me very well over the phone and i was also impressed with her knowledge of both the product line that they offered and the service aspect. Her name was Lindsey. She reflects well how the company treats their customers. Withing two hours she had the service man at my residence to install new springs. His name was Terry Camp and he was also kind and didn't rush to install the springs but instead did it the correct way and made sure that the end result was a quality install. I am very picky about doing things right the first time and this man did just that along with making sure that I felt valued as a customer. I researched pricing on the install before I contacted this company and the price that I was charged was right in line to the penny for the service and quality parts they installed. While he was there he also educated me on the age of the garage door opener and door itself. At my request he gave me approximate costs for replacing those items should it become necessary. "The initial visit on June 7th was satisfactory. I was told that John would be back within 2 weeks to replace some shingles around the can vents that had been damaged by a raccoon. No one ever came or called to reschedule an appointment. On July 14th I called ABC and requested the status on the repair. I was told that my inquiry would be passed along to John. Again, no reply. On July 30th I contacted ABC via email and advised them of my concerns. The next day I received a reply via email that I thought was rather rude. John <em>did</em> contact me later that day and arrived later in the day to complete my roof repair. He did a very good job and I was satisfied with the repair. ABC Construction needs to provide better customer service by keeping their customers informed of delays. <br />"

"I asked that they contact me with an estimate via phone or email and they mailed it. The letter was lost for weeks in the house, so, I was unable to use their service. I'm sorry for that because their price was very competitive and the fact that they responded puts them in the top tier of the gutter contractors in the area."

"We really enjoy our new toolshed. This is not just any old shed in your backyard, this is a shed the size of a small garage. We had a particular set-up that we needed the shed to fit in our yard to accommodate our fenced-in area. Cornerstone was able to create a spec of the new shed to our requests including double-doors and windows. We also requested a pitched roof where we can have additional loft storage. It was amazing the transformation. All was done within a short period of time and the Cornerstone team worked with us all the way. We bid several other construction companies and Cornerstone's bid provided us with more of what we wanted (tear down existing and rebuild new structure) without the huge price-tag others had quoted to "renovate the existing structure".
