They sent an estimator to my home quickly. They provided a detailed estimate for the fence as well as plans for me to look over and approve. The estimate for install after I approved their quote was 4-5 weeks out, which would have put us to June 22 for install. They contacted me about a week PRIOR to that date to see if they could install sooner! It was moved up by about 5 days and we could not be happier with it. The fence itself is cedar, was installed within a few hours. The installers were friendly. They explained what they were doing, how the latch in the gate worked, and made sure I had no other questions prior to leaving the jobsite. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. "The installation process went great and was completed in approximately 2 1/2 days.  Joe and I had a miscommunication of when the siding product would be in (was going to take longer then expected) and it was a small issue because we have an interior renovation going on...so needed to time the siding install properly.  It is great when everything goes smoothly with renovations, but you can really differentiate the good guys vs. the bad when the process doesn't go as expected.  Joe did his best to make work with our tight timeline and really cared that things went right.  I really appreciate anyone that can step out of the box and do everything they can to make the customer satisfied with their purchase.  Joe is a really good guy and genuinely wants all of his customers to walk away happy.  That is great to know because you want a contractor that will stand behind his companies work and product.  Custom Siding was not the cheapest bid I received on siding, but when Joe came out for a bid his estimate was the most thorough and all inclusive.  I do not doubt that other companies would of performed the same services, but it is nice to have everything in writing and that the contractor shows you exactly everything going into the project.
