I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

"<strong>My wife and I immediately noticed how professional and painstakingly careful the paint crew was in cleaning and preparing the porch for staining and how careful they were in cleaning up our yard once they had finished. Lucas Reddig, their supervisor kept them on task, at times joining them in their detail-oriented activities but more often assessing their work and, in general, demonstrating his leadership of the entire operation. On the basis of </strong> <strong>the quality of the work done</strong> <strong> I would award Reddig and his crew high marks--in fact, all A's. He kept us apprised of the work being done and asked for our response from time to time as it was being done. We were also impressed by the professional manner of the paint crew, which consisted essentially of college-aged young men. In fact the only problem with the work they did over about two days was its price, a matter, of course, beyond the responsibiity of the crew and its supervisor. We felt that the cost--$877--was a bit exorbitant for a 14X14-foot porch. For this reason alone we would be unlikely to hire a College Works crew again.</strong> <br />"

"Over the past 25 years we have had 2 new hot tubs.  Both came from Home Resort, Inc.  The company manufactures it's spas and sells them direct to the consumer.  I still can't believe our hot tub looks and runs great after 16 years!  Our fist tub went with our last home when we sold it since it was built into our deck.. Our new home had an old Jacuzzi spa built into the deck and it was junk, so we bought our second in 1999 from Home Resort, now headquartered in Tescot, Ks.  It was a difficult  location to replace.   Due to the size and weight the company had to bring it to the location with a winch truck.  No extra charge for the truck!  It was installed, deck around it rebuilt and it has been running great since day one.  We have needed to replace the heater just one time over 16 years and have had two new pump motors.  All repairs were done by the company for a very reasonable cost. <br /> They can build and install many different sizes and install however many jets you want, special features, lighting, etc.  I know they have a nice regular fiberglass start up spa for under $2,000.  <br /> My experience with their products and the company has been excellent.  I would highly recommend them if your in need a new replacement or your first hot tub.  We love ours! <br />"

"We needed to get a mystery leak found and fixed; along with that I knew that the workmanship done by the previous owner was sub-standard and would need to be torn out and redone at some point. This lead to us deciding on getting the whole bathroom redone to the highest standard and right the first time. We had multiple companies and contractors in to quote on the job and although some were very close to what I wanted there was always something that I could say I didn't agree with, either their attitudes, ideas on materials or overblown costs. <br /> Ethos came in to quote (David and Rick) and were the right fit. Not only do they have a wealth of experience that they can give when materials are being discussed but they also work hard to give the customer exactly what they want while remaining in their budget. <br /> David and Rick did the demo very fast and competently, they kept dust and debris to a minimum and laid protective paper and pads down on all areas they would be using to transport the demo material. At the end of every day they tidied up their equipment and made sure they had also cleaned up. <br /> Ben and Cole came in for the install and they have the same great attributes as David and Rick. Not only are they exceedingly professional but also easy going, knowledgeable, fun and work hard to make everything right. <br /> They asked all the right questions when it came to choices, making sure that we were happy with every step along the way. We changed our minds on a couple of points that we had agreed upon previously and it was never made to feel like a pain or burden. <br /> The job took a little longer than agreed upon due to a supplier not delivering the right parts on time. However, during that time I could look for any final touch ups that needed to be done. I will say that I did put the job under the microscope and whenever I found something it was always dealt with till I was completely satisfied. <br /> I will add this. Ethos works hard and it shows. the attention to details is great. If you find fault, they will bend over backwards to make it right. The finished product is better than I imagined and I would use Ethos again. In fact I am going to be calling David again within the next week or so to get him to quote on another project I need doing. I would trust Ethos hands down and have high regard for them and their professional approach. <br />"
