"The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."

"Mark is an AMAZING contractor, not only as a professional but a really nice personable guy. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past. He finished the job within the time period promised and wasn't charged one cent more than his estimate; in fact he purchased things that I needed along the way and didn't even want payment for those items. I could not end this review without mentioning his helper, Dave, who accompanied him every day. He was a very polite, respectful young man and even took the time to do something for me that wasn't even related to the remodeling project. "We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.

"The project was completed on time and is absolutely gorgeous. Re-furbished shed, built a work station for gardening, built steps for ease of walking up a slight bank in yard and for safety also. Re-laying of landscaping block and filled in floral beds with riverbed stone. Overall, 100% pleased with very affordable prices and workmanship. Will be painting my exterior on house this spring. Very pleased with all the work, honest, trustworthy and would recommend this company for all types of work. I wish more contractors were this honest and offered quality workmanship."
