"When I worked with HomeAdvisor to get an emergency water heater replacement, Eric phoned me within one minute of clicking the button on the internet. He arranged to check out the water heater within an hour and determined it had to be replaced. He called me on my cell, gave me estimated costs, and sent over a formal proposal the same day. He encouraged me to reach out to other companies since he was certain his pricing was competitive. I did, and his pricing was right in line. He gave me the option of doing the work over the weekend at an overtime rate, or waiting until Monday. I chose Monday. He showed up on time, replaced the water heater, indicated that I would be billed (who does that kind of work and does not expect payment upon completion?). My son realized the next morning that the heater was not working. I phoned Eric to have him check it out, and he was there within an hour, determined that his crew had turned off the supply line of the gas to the heater and had not turned it back, and we were back in business.
