"Company very responsive and moved quickly to get the job done as hoped for, sending a team out on a Saturday. Job done according to specifications and appears to be very well done. Manager and members of the team sent to install were courteous and professional. I did think, however, the charges were a little pricey given what I was expecting from a previous assessment, and thus I may have shopped around more if not wanting job to be done quickly. Not sure if could have gotten work done more cheaply anyway, so overall quite satisfied."

"To mirror another reviewer: we were also "extremely pleased with the job Enviropro did in our basement. The price was reasonable (relative to others we contacted), and the sales call was friendly without the high-pressure nonsense of some other waterproofers (*cough*midatlantic*cough*)." The company was prompt, responsive, and friendly. Mike even came out on a weekend for the estimate. The night before the installation, we had heavy rain and water appeared in a section of the basement it had never been before, so the plans were changed the morning of the work with no issues. The crew was friendly, clean, and even indulged my very curious toddler. I HIGHLY recommend EnviroPro!"

"Total rip off I wish I knew what I was in for I should?ve gotten more bids, but I was in a panic and they pray on that I spent over 13 grand yes that much for an ac/heater unit and a hot water heater called them about the AC acting up none emergency call was charged 75 for showing up after they wanted to charge me over 500 dollars to replace a cheap condensation injector pump that you can buy the the most expensive brand anywhere at Home Depot Lowe?s or even Amazon isn?t more than $75. When I said I?d pass I was changing for his time which was over 200 dollars for under a half hour plus 75 so 300 dollars for nothing fixed rip off I think so "

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
