PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job.
