"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. They receive my highest recommendation. M.K H."

"I needed to have my oak floors refinished. Kurt Freeman came to the house and did a beautiful job refinishing my living room and dining room floors. Kurt is easy to work with, honest, dependable. You can tell when someone is really only there to get paid. Kurt is a true artist. Heâ s always about creating something beautiful. He really loves what he does and itâ s fun to watch. Heâ ll spend time to ensure we both understand the deliverable and there are no surprises. He shows up on time and stays with the job until itâ s done. When plans change, I get text updates so Iâ m not waiting around. And heâ s not just a cabinet guy, he can fix anything. Seriously, no matter how bad it is, he can make it work. A total professional, I highly recommend!"

"Very punctual and clean. Draped plastic everywhere, and job completed on schedule. Steve assured us he stands behind his work. The day we moved back in we found a few small paint flaws (he did 6 ceilings and painted the walls of those rooms). We called him and he was there the very next day fixing those flaws..no complaints, he wanted us satisfied. His estimates were very reasonable and yes, I would use him again."
