Someone else had installed some inadequate supports so I was thrilled that he got it right on a critical time schedule (before my moving date). Will contact him in the future for any jobs I have. "Everything Mike said he would do, he did. The old caulking needed removed first, and that was a lot of prep work, especially on the second story windows. We went a little over the project estimate, but that was due to the amount of prep time it took. No mess was left after the work. Communication was excellent all the way. "T&L did a great job for me. My backyard was extremely overgrown & the front yard needed bushes to be trimmed, leaf cleanup & they even reset my toppled mailbox. The backyard was especially challenging as it was covered in ivy & I wanted it down to bare earth (for future patio). They were great at communicating with me, professional, dependable and reasonably priced. I hired them again to haul away furniture (sofa, chairs, stove, etc.). "Donald promptly made arrangements to come out to look at the job on my first call to him. The job involved painting exterior windows that were in poor shape. He suggested scraping and patching the windows with fiberglass patch so that you couldn't tell  where the paint had been scraped off. He offered a 10% Angie's List discount. I agreed to have him do the work. Others that I called didn't respond promptly after i called. Those that called back, couldn't come out to look at the job for weeks. D&D Painting LLC started the job within 1.5 weeks. It was a two day job. The second day was postponed due to rain. I asked about the patching on two of the windows. Donald stayed in touch with me via email about when he would return. The job was finished on the second day which was as soon as the weather permitted. The poor condition windows looked fantastic. D&D Painting did a terrific job. Donald called me later that night to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. They are the first contractor that I have dealt with in a long time that I am completely satisfied with their work.
