"The grout between the kitchen tiles started breaking and cracking fairly quickly in multiple areas. The area between the kitchen and dining room, tile versus wood floor, had a small piece of wood that provided a rounded edge as the kitchen floor was now higher than the dining room. This nails began to come out of this piece of wood and snag sock and foot within a month. The wood coming loose may have contributed to the cracks in the tile's grout. The painter took a month to paint a 1000 square foot home. The faucet was installed improperly. The water valves for the kitchen faucet had the washers forced in to the pipes. I visually confirmed this as the plumber I had hired had to determine why I had lost water on the second and first floor spontaneously. In his opinion someone may have tightened the valves so tightly that the washers were position to eventually come loose and block the flow of water. This was an expensive lesson. Depending on the project AB is fine. Like most contractors he has multiple sites at any given time, taking the more skilled labor to the more important jobs. The end results was low quality work that requires additional expenditures to rectify. That money would have been better spent hiring higher skilled labor."

"They did a fantastic job! There was a substantial glitch towards the end of the job. Jim resolved it within 90 minutes and had another workman there within hours. Photo was taken before plumbing fixtures were installed, it shows tile work only."

"Donald promptly made arrangements to come out to look at the job on my first call to him. The job involved painting exterior windows that were in poor shape. He suggested scraping and patching the windows with fiberglass patch so that you couldn't tell  where the paint had been scraped off. He offered a 10% Angie's List discount. I agreed to have him do the work. Others that I called didn't respond promptly after i called. Those that called back, couldn't come out to look at the job for weeks. D&D Painting LLC started the job within 1.5 weeks. It was a two day job. The second day was postponed due to rain. I asked about the patching on two of the windows. Donald stayed in touch with me via email about when he would return. The job was finished on the second day which was as soon as the weather permitted. The poor condition windows looked fantastic. D&D Painting did a terrific job. Donald called me later that night to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. They are the first contractor that I have dealt with in a long time that I am completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend D&D Painting LLC."
