He offered excellent contractors that we used for new granite countertops for kitchen and bath areas. He also met us at Floor and Decor store and assisted our selection of new bathroom tile and flooring that was used to replace our ugly old carpet in our living room, dining room and hallway areas. Contractor coordinated scheduling of tile, cabinet, plumbing and countertop installations with all sub contractors selected for our project. We are extremely happy with the results of their work!"

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. "I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished. "Having a water line burst in the attic was not what we were anticipating when we were on vacation, however thats exactly what happened.  Not having ever been in this situation, I was not sure where to begin to fix the problem.  A friend recommended DRIMAXX due to some work they performed on his mold issues in his home and he was very satisfied.  After calling DRIMAXX and telling them the problem, they responded to my home in less than an hour.  There was water flowing down my drywall in several rooms, the ceilings were caving in and all the insulation in the attic had to be removed.  They set up multiple dehumidifiers, powerful air blowers (large commercial fans), removed all base boards and crown moldings, etc.  The amount of work which was needed to be done was mind boggling.  DRIMAXX made this horrible situation easy to deal with and I highly recommend them.  The employees were friendly and genuinely were concerned about the loss I suffered.  After a week of the water removal, they came in and made my home look better than new.  Very satisfied.
