"Was contacted by the Owner (Rick) and he sent out a technician Travis Joslin. He was very professional, friendly, and knew his job very well! Since I hadn't used my system in a couple of years he checked everything out and he was honest and let me know that the system was in much better shape than what I thought it was. He only needed to replace a couple of the sprinkler heads and redirect a few more. I had a zone that wasn't providing enough water in one of my zones and needed to get another head installed and I also requested to get Drip lines installed into my flower bed. I made another appointment and Travis came out again; completed the work and I'm very satisfied with how my system is working. I would recommend this company if you're having any issues with your sprinkler system!! The company will return your phone calls, if an appointment is made they will show up on time, and if your tech is Travis expect Outstanding, Quality Work!!! I highly recommend this company and will use them for any sprinkler issue I may have in the future!!!"

"In January I requested through Angies list on January 3 to get an estimate for the whole yard, but I didn't receive a detailed list.  I had to wait till February to actually receive any services, after I changed to just a large tree, palm and cactus. They came out, and the pruners did a very good job, but I wanted the cactus cut smaller.  The owner came out and was distraught with me for asking for them to make it smaller and argued that it was very hard to work with me, since I was asking a detail list of what they would do in their estimate.  The owner said he will send someone the next day to fix the cactus, but would appreciate me paying the full bill.  I did pay the bill, but he refused to give me an estimate.  I think the crew are hard working and very professional, but the owner needs better customer service.  Also, if somebody needs to have any work done, they won't get to it till about 4 weeks or so.  As I said in this review, I started this whole process in the first week of January, and I never received any service till 2/11/16."

"I chose to use Jeff's Westside Plumbing after learning the plumbing company I had used for many years had gone out of business. I was a little nervous about having to use someone "new". The office personnel were very polite and helpful, the repairmen arrived right on time after the office called 15-minutes ahead to let me know they were on their way. The two men were also polite and professional. We ran into a problem just as they were about to finish the installation as a part was missing from the kit I had purchased from a local home supplies center. They immediately offered to come back the next day, a Saturday, after I had resolved the missing part problem. After they left, I went immediately to exchange the faulty kit, called the office the next morning, and they sent the same repair guys out that morning. The new faucet was installed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and gave me my bill. I was able to call the office with my credit card information so all was taken care of that day. I love my new faucet, and I've found my new plumbers!"

"We desperately needed an update to our sad front yard. However my husband and I really didn't know what we wanted. So Ray, the owner, gave us a few suggestions, and let me tell you, we got more than we even expected! He transformed our front yard into a beautiful landscape!  We had mostly dead grass and now we have all rock with a very nice walkway and a beautiful design for all desert loving plants! His workers were very polite and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They also put a small fence up for us and did a much better job than we expected.  <br>So far all the beautiful plants they planted are looking beautiful, even in this very hot June we are having.  <br>We highly recommend this company"

"The project is still underway. Mike's workers (and he) work so hard, I don't know how they do it. I enjoy talking with them since they are so knowledgeable and respectful; I learn a lot from them. Soon, we'll have an expanded water system, grass, pathway, plants/trees, and more. I can't tell you (dear reader) how I wish we'd found ERM a few years ago. They've would have saved us thousands of dollars, anxiety, and re-doing shoddy work from others. Our curb appeal is going to be outstanding; we can't wait!"
