She was very helpful and with Wes the technician who discovered a capacitor in one of the units that was about to fail. He installed a new one in a very professional manner. "My AC system stopped working in the middle of the heat. I called Matson Mechanical and they came out and checked the system and had diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They left and about an hour later they had returned and repaired the system. They came out early the next day after I had called them. Repair cost was amazing and they didn?t try to sell me in anything I didn?t need. Considering it was an emergency, the pricing was affordable. Customer service was good. The tech got straight to work and had already check out the unit and diagnosed it fairly quickly. "

"Jon came to my house. He was very pleasant. Did a quote. After a couple of days, I accepted it. I asked that he come to my home one more time to make sure we were clear on the work, and he said he'd let me know shortly when he could pass by. That was the last I ever heard from him. I take very seriously the importance of people, and potential vendors in particular, keeping their word.
