The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. You can't go wrong. Everyone was professional and respectful."

"I'd used Custom Painting and Home Repairs 6 months beforehand to paint residential exterior windows and eves and had a very positive experience. Nathan's crew just finished painting a residential interior project including walls, trim, ceilings, builtin cabinets, closets, doors and a concrete floor. Just as before, Nathan and his crew did a great job. His crew are always polite and respectful and are conscientious of doing quality work. He's doing some sheetrock work and replacing an exterior entry door now too! I'll write a review about those experiences when they're finished up. "Had to demo too many tiles, to place the whirlpool tub. He cut an acess in the basement for the drain and did a lousy job in cutting it and left a big mess. I offered to help position the tub and did but he dropped it in and busted a hole in the sheet rock in the next bedroom. He did a lousy job on sealing the drain silcone uneven. I had a new moen fixtures and he did not bid or put it in, the shower leaks now. For a 2- 3 hour job he took over 5 hours... he bid $1,500.00 but settled on $800.00."

"In August 2013, we hired them to repair soffits, eaves, and yankee gutters. The house is 100 years old, is still all-wood, and we are very particular about having things fixed properly to last another 100 years. It is also 3 stories tall, so some areas were 25' high. They properly repaired broken and missing corners, replacing the wood and then priming and painting the areas. They sealed the yankee gutters (not many people know how to work with this style of internally-built gutter) and made everything look like new. They came when they said they would and worked on the job until it was finished. No starting then gone for two weeks and finishing later like some contractors do. We got what we paid for, and extra (they painted other areas that needed touchup "while they were up there"). They came quickly, gave a quote, and stuck to the quote. We plan on hiring them again this spring to build a new deck on the back of the house. Very very satisfied!"
