"The experience with Justin at Fire & Water Damage Recovery was excellent. They were referred by the plumbing company that serviced my sump pump. We still got 3 estimate, Justin's estimate was in the middle but I felt good with Justin based on our phone conversation and the referral so we went with this company. Justin did tell me that he might have estimated on the high side because he does not like to surprise the homeowners. What a surprise when I go the final invoice. The final invoice came in much lower and was very close or lower than the lowest estimate I got. Justin and his team also took pictures of how the place was before and after for me to see. They even took pictures of the pathway that they took to get to the crawl space to assure me that they kept the place clean when they got in and out. I was very satisified with Justin and his company."

"Called to have kitchen sink faucet replaced. Faucet installed quick with friendly professional service. Before leaving I asked Taylor if he would look at a leak I had in front flower bed. He said sure no problem. He found that the main water line had a leak and water was flowing freely. He advised us of the severity of the leak and presented two options for repair. We opted to go with the complete replacement. Taylor then made a call and was quickly joined by Adam. They both got to work around mid afternoon and had the new water line replaced from the water main up to the house with new house shut off values and irrigation lines installed by staying on the job till around 8 PM, so that we would have water with no inconvenience. I would highly recommend Dependable Rooter and Plumbing!!! Very professional, friendly quick service. Techs very knowledgeable and willing to help. Job performed as promised and price quoted. He then discovered a few other things that had been/were leaking and took care of all of that in the time he was at the house. A very honest person, had high integrity, was polite and very professional. He was able to answer a lot of questions we had and made us feel confident in his abilities to get he job done right. He prepped, painted, and installed new fixtures and lighting in the bathroom, as well as installing 2 ceiling lights in the rest of the house. We are very happy with the results, and what a pleasure it was to work with him. He  was prompt, reliable, easy to work with and very responsive to what we needed. He left the work area looking great at the end of each day, and completely cleaned everything up at the end of the job. Our bathroom is transformed!
