"On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE. "I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. Robert, the owner of RCâ s Plumbing, replaced a leaking 75-gallon water heater (with recirculating pump) just yesterday and his quality of work from start to finish was truly superb! His attention to detail and thoughtfulness throughout every step of the project, including the mitigation of mold and reinforcing the raised platform that the heavy (approx. 620-lbs, filled) water heater sits on, is honestly second to none. Something that I also appreciated and valued about RCâ s Plumbing and Robert is how he takes his time to answer any and all questions about the project, both during and after the project. After completion of the project, Robert summarized everything that was done, showed us how to operate the various components (e.g., new valves, gas sediment trap, pressure release valve, etc.) and also shared information about maintenance of our new 75-gallon water heater and registration for warranty. Robert and his technician assistant (his son) also cleaned up the entire work area before leaving. My wife and I could not be more happy! One final but very important noteâ there are many other plumbers out there competing for your project. When it comes to a water heater replacement project, whether it be a common gas water heater with tank storage or a tankless gas or all-electric water heater, many plumbers only offer a specific brand of water heater they like to install. You donâ t really get a choice. With Robert and RCâ s Plumbing, I received an entirely different and genuinely appreciated and valued experience that many other plumbers would not provideâ being able to choose/select the make and model of the water heater you want for your house without paying an inflated price for the project! After doing some research regarding the make and model of water heater I wanted for my home, l shared the information with Robert. He was completely respectful and open to my choice/selection of water heater and without hesitation, agreed to call the plumbing supply houses he normally use to track down the water heater I wanted. When he learned the local supply houses did not carry the specific model I sought, Robert did not hesitate to special order the specific model for me. When the water heater was delivered to RCâ s Plumbing, Robert called to schedule the installation appointment. As stated earlier, my wife and I could not be more happy with the completed project. I contacted their office late at night and they were able to schedule Chris the manager the next morning to provide me with a free second opinion. I had another local company that wanted to gouge me for everything that I had. This prompted me ti contact Renowned. After Chris did his free diagnosis, he went to me a reassured me that my issue was not as bad. I went ahead and had Chris and his team repair the section of sewer that only needed to be replaced.
