"The owner and designer of Marble Designs suggested which granite colors would best compliment our cabinets, lighting and home design.  She made style and product suggestions associated with the granite, like the sink, and counter garbage disposal button.  We selected our slab choices, the company came out to measure and template, and installation was done in one day.  The crews were amazingly efficient, and left the areas clean. The owner's project design and color analyst skills are excellent!  Many of the other vendors, just sell you the granite, but don't have much design or color skills to offer the client.  The styles and finishes look really high end and custom, and we are so pleased with the color selections.  We really did our research on this project, and found Marble Designs to be a very popular provider in this field, with a very strong reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and the best overall value.  We enjoyed doing business with Marble Designs, and found them to be a professional and well run company.  We loved how the project turned out in all the rooms, and know that it greatly enhanced the value and aesthetics of our home.  We will definitely use Marble Designs on any new build or future remodel projects.  "

"<p><br /></p> I selected this vendor based on Angie's List feedback, and everything went as great as the previous posts related. Low cost, and good quality work. Be sure to check the details attached to the contract to ensure that all custom cuts and specifications are indicated on the attached diagram before signing. The only disappointment we experienced was that, as is the nature of granite, our counter top contained a crystal strip that was of a slightly different color in a rather obvious place. It only became apparent after installation and polishing. I don't know if L&L could have caught this in their process, however, my advice to the reader is to check the pieces closely after delivery but before they are fixed in place. <br />"

"Good products, large variety of options to choose from, and friendly staff; except for the saleslady Toni Graham, who treated me like I was not worthy to be in the store. My contractor asked me who I dealt with at Classic and I said Toni, he then asked me how I felt about her, and I told him, then he mentioned that I'm not his only client whose felt like she treated them poorly. Everytime I was in Classic Tile, Toni would say that she usually only deals with contractors and she cannot write up an invoice for me, that this had to be done by the contractor themselves! I mentioned that the tile was for me, that I was picking out my own tile/grout/etc and that I'd be paying for it, so why does the contractor have to do this? I had to have the contractor call someone there to allow me to get my order written up! WOW!! Talk about customer service problem! The other sales people and staff were very friendly and helpful, so when I get my kitchen done in the Fall, I'll go to Classic, but I will ask for a different sales person! I hope she gets some customer service training as I thought she was very knowledgeable about the business and had good decorative ideas to share. <br />"

"We had found the quartz pattern we liked and then started looking around for installers. We primarily looked at ones that either had a recommendation from a friend or Angie's List. Highley's was the least expensive and among they highest rated. They were easy to work with, very helpful, friendly, and professional. They were on time for the estimate measure, templating, and install. The quality of the workmanship was very good. Overall we are very happy with our countertops and would recommend Highley's. <br />"

"The process and finished work was nothing less than outstanding. A week previous, workmen (Mike and Josh) came in to measure and create templates for the preparation of the material. They were exceedingly friendly and especially courteous of my home. They were prompt and completed their work efficiently. The next week, Mike and Josh again appeared at my door PROMPTLY at 8:00 a.m. as they promised. A plumber was contracted to remove and replace the sink and he was 5 minutes late due to traffic and was very apologetic. These were professionals. The plumber had his work done in 5 minutes and the work proceeded. They first took great care to protect my cabinets and floors, covering and taping. Then they brought in the overlays for final fitting, The prepared quartz overlays based on their measurements fit perfectly. They fine tuned the cut, cut out outlet holes, etc. for all pieces. All was done outside so zero dust materialized in my home. Piece by piece they then glued it all down making sure that any existing material that was delaminated was removed. 4 hours later they are polishing and removing any remaining debris. Of special note was the receptionist, Dina. She made every effort the previous week to get the plumber back the same day and was in contact with him letting him know when the work was completed. He arrived within the hour of completion and my kitchen was done by early afternoon. Of note..GT contracted Hill and Co for plumbing and the man that came out, Perry Brainard, was amazing. He settled everything in, tested several times for leaks and even repaired a weakness in my under sink cut off while he was there. I grabbed his card and will consider Hill & Co. seriously for my next repair. So I could not have been more pleased with the experience and recommend them highly."
