"The job went great from start to finish. From our very first meting, Ertan always explained things very thoroughly and clearly, he was always punctual, he always kept us apprised of his progress and his schedule. We were on a very tight budget. Throughout the entire project - building, electrical, and other home improvement - he was always very sensitive to our concerns about cost and did everything possible to keep them down. He provided written estimates and out of four estimates, he didn't once go over bid. Ertan was also very considerate. As the work was going on, my wife and I adopted our newborn daughter and my mother was visiting for an extended period. "Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."
