He would recommend you to do a right way, even though that will cost his workers extra efforts. There are corner parts of the spiral stairs need lots of custom cuts. I was thinking about using vinyl, but he talked me out of that decision since it's a cheap choice for Brazilian hardwood floor. He let his main man finish that entirely with hardwood without extra charge.
Again, Tai is brief. He doesn't do the normal sales-talk explaining procedures, details when estimate unless you give questions.
