"Jack and his team did an excellent job remodeling a non functional bathroom in our home. They replaced old plumbing lines running from the basement to the second floor bathroom, removed an old block glass window which required framing for a new window on the exterior wall. They took care of all the tile work and fixture installation. Great job overall."

"Ryan will not return my phone calls and texts about fixing my under cabinet light. It stopped working about 6 months after installation. Our new window broke right away - Ryan said he will call Andersen then nothing. Our granite countertop chipped right away - Ryan said he will call Beatrice then nothing. Came and fixed chipped grout in the kitchen but used a different color grout (didn't ask if I was ok with it before installing). Worker broke our reverse osmosis unit - took two years to get them back on site to install replacement. Left pile of pavers, dirt, debris in our backyard for two years and had to hound them to get them to remove. Will not stand by their work or come back to fix unless you chase them down. The undercab lights, still not fixed. Ryan does not return my phone calls or texts even though he said he has the part coming in and he will send someone to install - then did not follow up to set up a time. Would have rehired for bathroom remodel if he would have been responsible about the work he has done but will not hire again. He can blame his workers who are not with him anymore, but that is not an excuse. The light needs fixing so you can come back and fix it."

The team was able to quickly help with our project of one complete bathroom gut renovation (tile, plumbing, custom built-ins, painting and installing all new fixtures) and an update to a half bath that included installing a custom vanity, new lighting, replacing the toilet and painting. We threw a lot of curveballs at them with our dated bathrooms, but they were able to incredibly work within two weeks to overhaul both bathrooms. Amazing! The team was very respectful of our family's safety with COVID precautions and minimized any concerns we might have had. I would 100% recommend using Above & Beyond for any projects, big or small. "Was a very smooth experience from start to finish. From the initial contact person, to the person that came to my home to scope out the work, to the supervisor for the job to the two guys doing the work. All were very good at their jobs. I just needed to have the cracked tub surround replaced in a small bathroom and wasn't sure that anyone would want to do that small of a job. They were up front from the start that if they were going to do the work that they would also need to replace the plumbing as they would not take the chance of doing work with leaking plumbing behind it. I then also decided to have a the soffit above the shower (from a previous owner's remodel job) removed which added a lot of work to remove the framing and install ceiling dry wall, making the job much more complicated. I told them that my biggest requirement was going to be that if I was going to pay for someone to do something that I could do myself that when it was finished I expected it to look much better than what I could have done. When it was done they exceeded that goal greatly and every day now I notice some other small detail that the nailed perfect."
