"I hired Knight?s Remodeling. The job was a rebuild of the bird boxing w/cosmetic upgrade to my wood workshop/carport-recreational building. Not only were they both very efficient, in working together, the job was completed in one day! Not only were very organized in they were doing, but very timely. "We had Palmetto Renovations renovate or kitchen and it came out beautifully! Their 3D rendering services are great as they help to visualize the project and determine finishes. Needless to say, we have bathrooms we need updated and we will be hiring them in the coming months - project planning is already underway. "Payload Construction was one of five companies my wife and I looked at for replacing a front porch, new deck and lighted walkway. One of the reasons we selected them was the comments of people who had chose them to handle their needs. Let me say that our expectations were exceeded in every respect. First, the cost of the project was fully explained and agreed upon. Absolutely no issues and I might add that the final payment was not requested nor expected until David make a final check off with us. We were fully satisfied before we ended the project. David and his team kept us fully informed, allowed for us to suggest and to make changes along the way. As this project was at our lake house, which is not our primary residence, we were not always at the building site. I received a daily briefing with pictures every day to keep me informed as to the progress. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would give David personally and Payload construction as a company a solid 15.
