He was honest about the fact that I didn't need my chimney swept and instead charged me only for the cleaning of the box and gas logs and took time to replace them in an aesthetically pleasing way. He cleaned the air ducts quickly and with little mess, always cleaning up after each one. He even fixed a minor issue caused by the previous homeowner that he discovered with the duct work and charged a very reasonable fee for it. "It was very easy to get in contact with them to setup the work.  They reply quickly to emails and phone calls. <br /> There were two visits:  one to obtain the measurements and give me the estimates and the other one was to perform the job.  At the first visit, they explained exactly what job will be performed, how long would it take and the total amount.  Trey was very professional and respectful while measuring the entire house. <br /> For the second visit, they arrived on-time, and started the job intermediately.  I left the house for the entire process, but when I came back to check during lunch, I could tell a difference between before and after.  The grout was actually clean!  And the funny smell from the carpet appeared to be gone.  By the end of the job, I could eat on the floor!  The tiles were really cleaned, the grout was not grey/brownish but instead almost white!  <br /> Other than they do a wonderful job, they are very professional and trusty.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends.  You can leave the house and be sure that they will do an excellent job and that they will respect and take care of your belongings.  <br />"
