"John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen!"

"Went great. They came out within hours of us calling them when we had a fairly minor basement flood. (Our humidifier tube burst and there was a small leak over most of a day - and we had JUST refinished our basement.) They pulled back the carpet, brought in fans and dehumidifiers, replaced the carpet pad when it was dry, and re-stretched the carpet. They were very nice and professional and easy to work with.
I do think $950 is way too much to pay for this service, but unfortunately, this is not our first flood, so we know that's about going rate. They gave us a discount for not going through insurance, which we couldn't do because we'd already had a large water claim a year before. I liked Above All a lot more than the company we'd used before - who, incidentally, are no longer in business.

"Darren is amazing to work with! He understands my vision and is thorough in making sure everything is what I want. His company remodeled our master bath and kitchen in our previous home and it all looked beautiful! He completely finished the basement in our current home (2500 sf) adding 2 beds and 2 baths, built in wet bar and gorgeous fireplace surround. "Leo was good at communicating his availability and showing up on time. When he arrived he evaluated what he would need to fix the leak, went to the local Home Depot to get needed materials and quickly made the repair. The leak is fixed and it was all done at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Leo again if I have another issue with my hot tub."

"It went great. Had them install a new tank less water heater because our old one went out. Everything went so well we had them come back and install a whole home water filtration system. We love both items. The owner was awesome. She was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone."
