"It went really well. Greg is a perfectionist, methodical, extremely conscientious and careful. He does the work as if he's installing in his own kitchen.  The finished job was neat and flawless.  We ran out of tile before the job was finished (completely my fault) and Greg worked with us to reschedule and complete the job when the remaining tile was delivered to us. He's also a very pleasant, nice guy and easy to work with. This is unique - because of his workmanship and attention to detail, we gave him a $200 tip!
