"Great job on installing my new deck! Working crew were professional and knowledgeable."

I'm very experienced in remodeling homes. I came up in the business as a young boy following behind a general contractor and architect my father. I'm a native of North Carolina so I know the rules and the ends and out of this business. I'm very reliable I communicate very well with my customer. There's not a job too big or small so give us a call.

Hello, my name is Alan Breakfield. I am a licensed General Contractor of North Carolina. We offer New/remodeling residential and commercial projects. We also offer lot clearing.

"from start to finish every thing went well. Every one involved was professional, pleasant and easy to have in home. This work was done several years ago and kitchen counters and splash and sink still look great."

"

Do not pre-pay with this company.  Evidently, it was poorly priced..  Everyone of his employees came out said "no, can't do it for that price", but I had already paid for the job through Angie's List.  When the representative first came out, he quoted all this stuff he could do, but I only wanted what I had paid for.  It almost took me throwing a fit to get them to do the job quoted & paid for.  I still have uneven places that the worker did not smooth out.  Also, I was constantly being told he would be out at a certain time and then the worker who was supposed to be a supervisor would not show up.

NEVER PREPAY WITH COBOLT CONSTRUCTION.

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
A true professional and great person to work with.  The design was spot on and my wife and i were very impressed.  Thank you Jill.

"Very professional and punctual. Took time to listen to exactly what I was wanting done to make it my dream kitchen. Highly recommend!"

"I found them to be a very reliable company.  They were here when they said they would be here.  We did run into some problems, which often happen with the project like that in an old house.  They worked until they got a good solution.  I found them to be very good and I would use them again.  I didn't search around for the prices with other company."

"Julian tile was referred by a friend that had selected him from Angi . He was very knowledgeable and professional. One of the best decision we've ever made . He totally remodeled the bathroom , built a shower from scratch , all new fixtures , tile floor . He plumb my bathroom, We had rotted floors and walls that he repaired and a chimney ha had to knock out to the wall . Julian tile made the remodel enjoyable and easy. He gathered us every step of the way , he's trustworthy and we are so glad that he was referred to us . We would give him 10 start if we could instead of 5."
