I contacted several companies and got estimates of repair costs well into the $1,000s. We did initially hire another contractor who cancelled on us at the very last minute. "The work was done very well. The quality was excellent. It was by no means a rush job, which I liked, because Casey is very detailed oriented. It had to be done to mine and his satisfaction. I bought up a potential problem with the flat roof on the sunroom. Casey came up with a solution I was happy with. He takes you through the whole process. He came back on his own time weeks AFTER the work was done to make sure the siding on the garage had a tighter fit. He didn't like the way the last layer fit. So he had his carpenter fix it.
