"Removed existing vanity, toilet, mirror, light, and floor tile.  Repaired sub-floor and laid new tile.  Installed new baseboards. Prepped and painted walls, ceiling, and baseboards.  Installed new vanity, mirror, toilet, exhaust fan, light, and accessories.  Work was performed in the time frame given.  A few minor quality problems were fixed in a very timely manner.  Communication with "helper" who was on job site three days was difficult (very little English) but Mark (owner) was easy to contact.  Overall we are pleased with the work and results.

"We hired Jack some time ago for some big jobs and are having issues now because of shoddy work done at the time. First, both bathrooms’ ceilings were painted with flat paint. Over time, the moisture caused the paint to flake and mold to form. A semi- gloss should have been used, which I would have expected a professional to know. We had them install a jacuzzi tub. The plumber mixed the hot and cold lines. We had to shut the water to the jacuzzi off to be able to get hot water in the shower. We will be selling soon and this will not be a cheap fix. The upper cabinets they installed in the kitchen are coming off of the ceiling. The rest of the work was okay, but not happy about having unprofessional with done after we paid so much."

The project included demolishing the old bathroom and building a more oversized bathroom that included moving walls, moving toilet and shower locations, adding a new large window (masonry), installing tiles and lighting, and building a new walk-in closet. Ryan's team did a great job, and we are delighted with the craftsmanship, detailing, and overall quality. Everybody on their team was friendly and ensured the house stayed clean during construction.
