"I hired CZ Services to build my new 700 sq.ft. Garage with a full second floor storage area. We have an 1893 Victorian farmhouse and wanted the garage to match our existing home. CZ Services did an amazing job, from working with our architect to getting all the permits and working with the electrician and plumber and concrete guys to give us our garagmahol! We couldn’t be happier with all the work that was performed. We also had them install a new 20x22 deck to replace our 40 year old cedar deck that was there from previous owners. They also did all the landscape surrounding the area incorporating our existing plants into the new landscape. Highly recommend this family owned and run business. "He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."
