"Smooth as silk. Very professional. They were extremely careful not to damage woodwork that would be a pain to replace. Amazing how good these people are. We could not be happier with the windows they recommended and the installation they provided. We strongly recommend getting the installer first and then deciding on the windows. If you don't have a good installer, it doesn't matter how good (or expensive) the windows are. Do the job in the winter. No bugs. They take out one window at a time and replace it before moving on the the next one. This job took 2 days - with the owner and his long-term employee working hard. Two other companies said they could do it in 1 day. Either they were intentionally misinforming us - or - they were going to do a slap-dab job using several insufficiently trained laborers. They even noticed a loose flashing at the peak and repaired it without additional cost. These men are very, very good!"

"Larry returned call promptly and arrived on time. Lengthly consultation four our likes/dislikes, terrain, etc. Larry worked up sketch and altered it until it was what we wanted. Job was quoted on basis of sketch and we accepted. Some days later drawings arrived from their office. They arranged all the permits and utilities inspections. We were given a start date and this was held up for a week with inclement weather. I consider this an uncontrollable delay. Once the job started we were never really sure when or if the carpenters were going to turn up but in the end it didn't really matter as the job was completely finished on schedule. Representatives from the company visited the site as the work was in progress to insure all was well. The completion and full clean-up occurred on the same day."

"This job could NOT have gone better!  True Traditions arrived promptly at the time they had given me and worked tirelessly for two days to complete the job, finishing at about 8 PM to avoid the expected rain the next day.  The new windows work smoothly and are the tilt in kind for easy cleaning.  The windows are extremely high quality, with triple pane glass.  True Traditions took great care to be sure that they fit in the casings properly and had no air gaps.  The crew was very professional and friendly and dedicated to doing quality work.  They repaired any wood that needed work on the existing casings and then wrapped the exposed wood with a high quality, beautiful aluminum wrap.  I now have windows that will only need to be washed, never painted! <br /> After they left, I did find one window that had a small gap on the sides.  They came back promptly and without question and fixed this. <br /> I elected to fix only the windows that I had experienced problems with and that was fine with them, not to replace all of the windows.  As I have need to replace more, I will certainly have True Traditions continue their excellent work.  It was nice NOT to be pressured or required to replace all of them at once! <br /> I would heartily recommend them to everyone (in fact, I already have given out their name)!!! <br /> <br />"
