James arrived within a timely matter, he respected my wishes as far as covid restrictions. He had his mask on, & wore plastic shoe coverings. "upon inspection of the old tank it was determined that the tank itself, bladder, etc, was fine but the couplings at the bottom were corroded resulting in a pin hole leak. Jim offered me the choice to try to replace the couplings and save the tank but pointed out that since the tank was 10 years old it could fail sooner than later and I'd have to go through the labor charge all over again...we both agreed it was best to replace the entire tank and fittings to get it taked care of right the first time. Clearly the best way to go but nevertheless appreciated being given the choice. Jim and his assistant Glenn, were very professional and courteous."

"Everything went extremely well, and I recommend Dan Millard and American Kitchen Concepts without any reservations. We discussed updating our kitchen with several contractors in December 2017, and Dan was by far the most attentive. He listened to what we wanted, asked questions about problems we needed solved, and developed designs for us to review. We picked a design and Dan helped us pick cabinets, counter, sink, faucet, and undercabinet lighting with options that met our needs. He referred us to a flooring supplier to pick the exact porcelain tile we wanted in both rooms. He prepared a detailed cost estimate including all steps and materials for the kitchen and downstairs bath. Because the estimate was a bit higher than we were prepared for, Dan helped us make changes to stay within our budget and still meet our goals. We signed a contract in mid-January with an estimated start date in mid-February. Dan explained what to do ahead of time, and described the different stages of the project (demolition, electrical work, flooring, cabinets, counter, plumbing, finishing), with an estimated timeframe for the whole project of 3-1/2 to 4 weeks. Cameron and Rob started on February 22 and finished all major work March 20, exactly as projected, with a couple of minor adjustments to be done the following week. Throughout the process, Dan came by the house to check on progress, answer questions, and adjust plans as needed. Cameron and Rob were extremely professional and courteous, did beautiful work, and left the work area spotless each day. The results are stunning, and the entire process could not have gone better."
