"Perfect. I scheduled an appointment on the Angi app, and Mike came on time. He thoroughly reviewed the damaged siding on our initial visit. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. "We really had a great experience with this company. It came highly recommended to us by others who had various work done. The biggest job was a roof replacement as well as all the gutters, downspouts and covering of wood trim. The pricing was very fair but most importantly, the work was done as agreed and no mysterious upcharges. The second project was railings for a wide cellarway entry. Again, came as scheduled and the project looks great. The last project was miscellaneous siding repair after our deck was replaced. Again, well done. "Power Home Remodeling was very personable and reasonable in their consultation. Options were presented, and while they will advise you on recommended projects, they are very reasonable in what is a need vs what is a project for down the road. If you don't want to pursue a project, they won't push you out of your comfort zone. Our fascia was rotting, even letting in critters into the attic. This fascia needed replaced, as did the gutters as they had to come off for the repair (and they were old and falling off, too). Unfortunately, it was missed in the project review that the crown molding under the fascia would need to be removed to make room for the new fascia and gutters. Power Home Remodeling was very understanding that this was a surprise, and as they don't like to surprise their customers, they capped the newly exposed wood free of charge. Their work was very professional and payment is not expected until after the job is done. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and will certainly reach out to Power Home Remodeling if and when more work is required as we periodically update our home away from rotting wood to modern siding."

"Micah and I spoke on Tuesday for a consultation about getting a possible siding replacement. The very next day, their sales representative Nic came by for an estimate and we ended up finding that a roof replacement was much more necessary than the siding. The process that began Tuesday ended on Thursday evening with a brand new roof. Jorge’s crew did excellent work and had the project finished by 4pm. They ensured that my yard was clear of any nails or debris, and took it all with them, which was highly appreciated. "These guys are the best! They seriously care about their customers and really strive to make sure they deliver a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. The salesman/inspector was not pushy, and provided a very reasonable quote for what we needed. They also replaced all our rotted wood in the roof/trim."

"Zach came out to do the assessment on the part of my house with damaged siding and rotting wood. He did not try to sell me anymore than I needed which was very much appreciated. The guys that delivered the siding were courteous and professional. Placed the siding where I asked them to “no trouble or pushback. The installation team was on time. The project manager, Drew introduced himself and kept me informed of the installation team’s progress. The job was done in less than half a day. Very good looking with careful attention to replacing my security camera and tucking wires under the siding and cleaning up after themselves. No wires, wood or pieces left behind! When Drew came into settle up on final payment I was impressed that he took the time to look up a feature I was having problems with o a car I bought my husband. Going above and beyond. "There are not enough superlatives to describe the wonderful work that JWHI did on our home. We called them in because our house desperately needed to be painted, some key exterior repairs were required, and the gutters needed to be replaced. Specifically, the paint on the brick exterior was dingy and badly flaking, the siding (wood) portion of the house had dry rot in places, one of the shutters had fallen off during a windstorm, and the wooden columns on the front porch had visible vertical cracks. Thomas Matamoros, Apolo Gonzalez, and the rest of the team did back-breaking work day after day, for several weeks, to address and remediate these and other issues. They power washed the exterior; expertly scraped and primed the surface to ensure it was properly prepared for painting; spent many laborious hours painstakingly repairing and repainting the columns and shutters; removed and replaced rotted wood where it existed, even in corners; communicated their progress after each workday; were extremely solicitous to make certain we were aware of and approved of the work that was being done; and, after doing a superb job painting the exterior, replaced the old, deteriorated gutters with beautiful shiny new ones. The house looks phenomenal! We are so appreciative of the thought, effort, and craftmanship Thomas and Apolo put into our home. Their work is of the highest quality, and we feel fortunate that JWHI assigned them to our project. "I couldn’t have asked for a better company for the projects I had done and the issues that arouse. Bryan started the process with me, and was there until the end making sure everything was alright. JLG was flexible and has the resources to fix problems that can arise. I started by getting 5 quotes for my project. A new roof, gutters, and front facade/trim replacement. By being more than a roofing company they were able to do all of the projects. Of the 5 quotes, the lowest and highest were very off, and of the 3 close ones, JLG offered the most at the best/lowest price. With a barn style roof, the second floor of my house has shingles on it, not siding which really drove up the price from some of the other companies. I had solar panels on my roof, and after signing the contract, they waited a month until the solar company could take them off. Within a week of knowing the solar panel removal date, they were ready to start. The roof was first. Crew was great, and professional. After removing the shingles, they replaced the plywood on roof as needed, they inspected and only replaced what was necessary. As they starting to put the new ones back on, they found out there had been a leak in one of my dormers. After closer inspection, it was found to be a long-time leak. All of the wood from the roof to the floor joists of the second floor was completely rotted. The wood was black, and just flaked off when touched. JLG was able to get someone over that day to look at the problem (Jim, the owner), assess it, and get someone to start working on fixing it. They kept me informed and gave me options to choose from on fixing the problem. By the next day, the hole in the side of my house was fixed, and covered. They removed part of a inside room wall, replaced it, added new floor joists, wall studs, drywall, subflooring, and fixed the roof wood work. Structurally everything was fixed. With that done they could finish the roof, and wait to finish the inside room work. I also had 4 skylights replaced, two sealed and two manual open. Gutters were done as the roof work ended, no issues, they replaced them and I had gutter guards installed. They work better than my old ones and no more gutter cleaning. The front facade and trim wood, was old, paint was starting to flake, and a woodpecker had been putting holes in it. They replaced the facade and trim on the front with new vinyl pieces and painted them. Really made the front of the house look better. The gutters were 2 days and the front part was a day. As JLG recommended, I kept at least 10% of the total project cost amount available for unforeseen issues. I knew replacing some of the plywood on the house would be needed. But, had no idea about the roof leak. Everything happened behind the wall, nothing was visible from the inside on the house. Replacing the stud and joists wood, outer plywood, and inside walls was all a surprise. JLG was able to handle it, and kept me informed on what was being done and was able to give me rough price estimates as the work continued so I could make sure I had everything covered. They made sure there were no surprises on the costs for the additional work. Everything was less than their worst-case estimate. Since they had someone there to repair the room, I also had them add the trim for the skylight back where needed and help fix a soft spot in one of my rooms. He was able to fix them all. All of the different crews cleaned up when done and didn’t leave a mess behind. With the leak and repair issues, the project got extended, but JLG kept everything moving ahead as much as they could. The original quote was good, and the cost of unexpected repairs was reasonable. Everyone from the house workers to the office staff were nice and courteous. I have another large project I need to do and will definitely be contacting Bryan about what JLG can offer on it."
