"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"My toilet was constantly running so he replaced parts and fixed it with less than an hour. My dryer machine was making a loud noise when running , so he took it apart and diagnosed it and fixed it for me after ordering parts for me. I have had few people come for repairs and didn't have much luck. I am very satisfied with this job quality and will request work for him in the future."
